Okay, I'm sure this has been done before, but whatever.
Inspired by those atrocious Twilight books by Stephenie Meyer that everyone's just gushing about.
I don't get it.
This book is terrible, and by far one of the worst books I have ever had the displeasure to read. The plot is lackluster and incredibly predictable, most of the characters are 1-dimensional and lacking any kind of originality, and the writing is mediocre at best. It reads like a really bad fanfiction, and if I have to hear/read one more time just how incredibly dazzling! and beautiful! Edward is, I think I'm going to puke. Real people do not sparkle like diamonds. Real vampires are not wangsty emo brats. There's a reason vampires were feared in the olden days: they're vicious, blood-sucking monsters, not glamorous pretty-boys who are going to sweep you off your feet.
The only thing worse than the book is its ridiculously rabid fanbase. Honestly. They all want to be vampires. They are in love with Edward. Most notable is this little gem: "I'll be your Bella, if you'll be my Edward!"
If you like the book, that's your prerogative. I don't really care. If you're an obsessive screaming fangirl who thinks Edward and/or this book is OMG PERFECT!11!ONE, you have issues. If you disagree with me that's fine, but you can take your negativity somewhere else because I'm not going to listen to it.

:EDIT: I don't care if this stamp has offended you, you friends, or anyone else. I didn't make it to be nice, I did it to try and prove a point.
Flames will be laughed at and eaten for breakfast.
Thanks for the favorites; I'm glad there are people who agree with me. (:
:EDIT, THE SECONDCOMING: Lol, I'm done with responding to comments I've seen time and time again. I'm not turning them off because many of them are just hilarious. Havin' a bad day? READ THE COMMENTS. THEN LAUGH. At the risk of sounding like a broken record every time someone comments, I won't bother with it anymore. Doesn't mean I won't read 'em though. P:
:MOAR EDITS?!: ... only because this has been brought up, like, fifty times now, and it's getting annoying: THIS IS MY OPINION, THIS IS HOW I CHOOSE TO EXPRESS IT. Please, for the love of God, stop asking me why I 'wasted my time making it' or why I can't just 'ignore the book'. If you don't like the stamp, take your own advice and ignore it.
Okay, i understand that you don't like the books and i respect that. BUt c'mon. Some of us do and u don't have to go rubbing our noses in it. I'm sure there's a bunch of stuff that you like that trash cuz i hate it but you don't see me doing this. please respect what we like and we'll respect what you like.
I am not rubbing your nose in it. I'm not scolding you and putting you in the corner, bad girl how dare you read that book? I'm not trying to be rude to people for liking the book. If you like the book, that's your thing; I can't share your views, but that's fine.
What I don't like is the poor quality of the book and the fans that are taking it way overboard.
This, for example, is frightening: "His skin, white despite the faint flush from yesterday's hunting trip, literally sparkled, like thousands of tiny diamonds were embedded in the surface. ...his sculpted, incandescent chest, his scintillating arms bare. ...A perfect statue, carved in some unknown stone, smooth like marble, glittering like crystal."
I hate what this book has done to vampires. They're NOT supposed to be some sparkly, angsty pretty-boys. 90% fans are incredibly immature, annoying, and simple-minded.
I'm sure there are plenty of people who agree wholeheartedly with me.
Making a hate stamp is just the same as making a love stamp. If people can express their love of something, why can't I do the opposite?
Your insults are... well, not insulting. I do have a life. I do read "real" books, and I appreciate good literature for what it is. Twilight is NOT it.
if it helps to prove your point I have a friend that let me borrow it, I read half of it then was kinda like, "okay this is reeeeaally lame"..anyway to my point she is saving herself for edward and hopes that he will come and turn her into his vampire lover...I can understand saving yourself for someone special(which is what im doing) but come on..some stupid ' perfect' lovesick vampire is not going to take you away..
not too mention bella was supposed to be so different from everyone else in about over an century..yet I know like 100 girls like her...
anyway Im faving

Those are exactly the kind of fans I can't stand. How can you fall in love with something that doesn't exist?
Thanks for the fav.
